- Hello!
-
- I have had a quick look on sending Apple events from one part to
- another, but have not quite figured out all details...
-
- I would like to send a "play" and "stop" message to the SoundEditor
- part from DR4. I have got a reference to (wrapper of) the sound part.
-
- If I have understood things right, I should use the ODMessageInterface
- that I can get from the Session, with calls to CreatePartObjSpec,
- CreatePartAddrDescr, CreateEvent and Send. I guess my trouble
- starts when I have to use the AEPutParamDescr; the parameters of this
- function do not seem to match the ones I get back from ODMessageInterface's
- methods.
-
- Does anyone have any experience with this, or better still: some
- working example code?
-
- I am using a configuration of OD DR4, ODF d11 and CW7.
